Experience working in a special class for students with multiple disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorders. Confidence and expertise employing various techniques and methods of instruction to meet individual  needs; ability to work collaboratively with related service providers; and effectively lead staff. Responsibility for writing and progress monitoring IEP's. Strong communication skills and organization.  Willingness to involve parents in the educational process and consistently inform.
