Job Description

Ballston Spa High School is looking for a certified Special Education teacher. The ideal candidate has experience working as a co-teacher and is familiar with NYS Special Education regulations. The current assignment for the 2026-2027 school year involves four sections of co-taught classes and one section of resource room. The candidate will need to be comfortable working as part of a team and must have a student centered mindset.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: NYS Certification: Students with Disabilities K-12 Required. 

Salary: $51,725/yr. (Salary will vary commensurate with experience, experienced applicants will typically see an increase over base)
