Job Description

Ballston Spa Middle School is seeking a dedicated, full-time Social Studies teacher, effective September 2, 2026. We are specifically looking for an educator who is passionate about the middle school environment. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of early adolescent development and the ability to connect with students during these transitional years.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: NYS Certification: Social Studies 7-12 , 5-6 extension preferred

Salary: $51,725/yr. (Salary will vary commensurate with experience, experienced applicants will typically see an increase over base)
