Job Description

Ballston Spa High School is seeking an energetic and student-centered Physical Education Teacher to join our collaborative high school team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated team player who is passionate about engaging every student—regardless of athletic ability—in meaningful physical activity. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction across our three distinct curriculum strands: Lifetime Activities, Team Sports, and Fitness. We are looking for a versatile educator with proven experience in all three areas who can inspire a lifelong commitment to health and wellness in a diverse student body.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: NYS Certification: Physical Education K-12 

Salary: $51,725/yr. (Salary will vary commensurate with experience, experienced applicants will typically see an increase over base)
