Job Description

Wood Road Elementary has a vacancy for special education teaching assistant in a 12:1:1 self-contained classroom. Candidates must be able to: multi-task effectively, help teach various subjects, work well as part of a team, follow directions from the classroom teacher, be eager to learn new things.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: NYS Certification: Teaching Assistant I with a minimum of 18 college credits

Salary: $24,375/yr. (Salary will vary commensurate with experience, experienced applicants will typically see an increase over base)
