Job Description

Ballston Spa Middle School has a per diem/long term substitute Mathematics Teacher position available effective 9/2/25-12/1/25. Experience with middle school students is preferred and the anticipated assignment is 6^th Grade Math. Some responsibilities will include collaborating with colleagues on lesson planning, grading student work and participating in building initiatives. 

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: NYS Certification: Mathematics 7-12 with 5-6 extension preferred

Salary: Base: Per Diem Daily Certified Rate: $150 daily

LTS $51, 000 (pro-rated)  (Salary will vary commensurate with experience, experienced applicants will typically see an increase over base)
