Job Description

Ballston Spa Central School District has two vacancies for Special Education Aides in the Gordon Creek MOVE Room. Aides will work under the direction of the special education case manager to provide additional support for the student as follows; daily living, supervision, toileting, feeding, redirecting and support throughout the day.  The students in the MOVE (Mobility Opportunities Via Education/Experience) classroom are medically fragile, require wheelchairs, and this position requires the candidate to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED completion.

Salary: $19.81/hr.
