Job Description

Ballston Spa Central School District has a vacancy for a Special Education Aide in the Gordon Creek MOVE Room. Aide will work under the direction of the special education case manager to provide additional support for the student as follows; daily living, supervision, toileting, feeding, redirecting and support throughout the day.  The students in the MOVE (Mobility Opportunities Via Education/Experience) classroom are medically fragile, require wheelchairs, and this position requires the candidate to be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED completion.

Salary: $19.81/hr.
