Job Description

Ballston Spa Central School District has a vacancy for a substitute Athletic Trainer. In the event the Ballston Spa CSD Athletic Trainer is unable to attend athletic events requiring an athletic trainer, a substitute will be contacted to take his/her place. The substitute athletic trainer will be given access to the necessary supplies and equipment required to perform the duties of an athletic trainer. The substitute athletic trainer will provide injury prevention, evaluation, treatment and rehabilitation services during practices and competitions and will report any work done to the full time athletic trainer to ensure continuity of care. Must have valid First Aid and CPR Certificate issued by an authorized agency and have NYSED Fingerprint clearance.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Certification as an Athletic Trainer

Salary: $50.00/hr. from the time entering campus/game site until the event(s) conclusion.
